✔ Pros:

- The app has interactive features that allow for scrolling through some photos and viewing others in full screen.

☹ Cons:

- The digital editions are more expensive than the printed ones and contain just as much advertising.

- The app has low resolution, causing text to appear jagged on iPads 2 and 3 and many photos to lack clarity.

- There is no option to download the magazine without ads for a fee or to download it for free with all the ads, as in the printed version.

- The app requires a large download before the first page can be read, which is inconvenient.

- The developers' pricing strategy is unreasonable, as the digital edition costs the same as the printed one, despite the former's lower production costs.

- The Motor Trend American magazine costs less than the Brazilian one, making the latter's pricing seem excessive.

- Lowering the prices may attract more subscribers.

O aplicativo é bom, mas as edições são muito caras!
Caro e de baixa resolução!

Que decepção! As edições digitais são mais caras do que as impressas, trazem tanta propaganda quanto e - o pior - a resolução do aplicativo é muito baixa! Deveria ter a opção de baixar a revista sem propagandas por um preço ou baixar de graça com todos os anúncios - ou até mais - do que a versão impressa! Por conta da baixa resolução, os textos ficam "serrilhados" nos iPads 2 e 3, várias fotos não tem nitidez e você não pode nem dar um zoom em partes das matérias e fotos! Ou seja, uma simples versão em PDF poderia trazer isso tudo (melhor resolução e zoom em todas as fotos), porém a editora Abril preferiu investir nesse "formato" interativo cuja maior ação que o leitor realiza é fazer scroll em algumas fotos e ver poucas outras em tela cheia. Só para efeito de comparação, a edição impressa da revista nas bancas sai por R$12 (um pouco menos de 6 dólares), já a digital... Torço para que eles corrijam esses erros crassos num futuro próximo, pois é bem melhor ler e manter as edições no iPad do que acumular papel! Vamos lá, Abril! Vocês podem fazer mais e melhor!

Uma falta de noção sem tamanho dos desenvolvedores! Como assim preciso esperar um donwload gigantesco antes de começar a ler? Preciso da revista toda para iniciar a leitura? É realmente preciso terminar o donwload para eu ler a primeira página? Não tenho palavras para descrever a minha insatisfação! Esperam mesmo serem pagos por isso?? Eu posso entrar no carro, pegar congestionamento, entrar na banca, comprar a revista impressa, voltar para o carro, pegar novo congestionamento, chegar em casa e sentar para ler a revista e a do iPad ainda não terminou o download! Além disso é mais cara que a revista na banca, que é IMPRESSA! Dêem uma olhada no app do Correio Braziliense! Inicio o download e ele continua enquanto vou folhando o jornal. Assim é que deve ser!

Como pode uma edição digital custar o mesmo preço da edição impressa? Uma revista como a Motor Trend Americana custa US$2,99. É no mínimo muita pretensão querer cobrar US$6,99 pela revista Brasileira. Quando baixarem os preços, quem sabe conseguirão mais assinantes.
