What is Agenda Maker?

Agenda Maker is an app designed to make creating agendas for meetings, workshops, conferences, or events easier. The app has been rewritten from the ground up for iOS6 and comes with new features such as gesture navigation and iCloud integration to keep your devices in sync. The app simplifies the process of creating an agenda by doing all the calculations as you drag to move items or change time allocated. Brainstorm your agenda items, sort and delete, allocate time and adjust to finalize. All the calculations are taken care of for you. You can share the agenda via email as HTML or as an attached PDF, send the agenda file to anyone who has Agenda Maker downloaded for them to edit and make changes, add it to your iCal calendar and send participant invites directly, and print to a compatible printer via AirPrint.

Great for planning jam packed days

I've come to depend on the app over the years whenever I have days that are jam packed with non-scheduled tasks. The app helps me visualize how long things will take and the best sequence for completing the tasks, errands, etc. The updates have all had nice improvements. The only other feature that would be nice would be the ability to build an the app backwards from an end time rather than just forwards from a start time.

Years ago, when I originally purchased this app it worked great. This version however has become unstable on my phone and doesn’t allow me to input items.

Tried it on a meeting on-the-fly without amy previous use of the program. Was able to get it up and running in no time (very intuitive interface). After the meeting, had all the notes loaded and to my colleagues in no time. Great! Would like to see things other review have indicated previously: did not like having the the app item always tracked to time. Also, it was cumbersome to alter the time (e.g., from 30 min to 15 min). And someone has suggested checkboxes for completed items. Anyway, if those things get integrated into the program, definitely a 5-star program! As it stands, it's still very useful, just be aware that it's tied to a running clock.
