  • No filter = dead to me

    By darkdorothy (Pcmac user)

This has been my favorite app for grocery lists because I could sort by color. Green for produce, Blue for frozen, etc. Without the filter option I have to shop using a list that's a mile long, so bye. No, thanks.
  • The last bastion of simplicity and efficiency

    By jgmarcel (Pcmac user)

According the celebrated Italian novelist and semiotician Umberto Eco, “The list is the origin of culture. (…) It has an irresistible magic.” Should these assertions be deemed to be correct, then this app must be considered an ode to such a timeless cultural expression. Why, you may ask? Simply because it stays completely out of your way! Via a smooth, elegant, unobtrusive and yet very nice-looking interface, this app empowers its users with vast flexibility, making itself a highly worthy receptacle for every thoughtfully-crafted list the human mind can conceive. However, in order to preserve such a privileged position, it is imperative that it does not incur in the very same mistake almost every preceding lists app has — that of letting itself be contaminated by uncalled for features such as due dates, priorities, tags, notifications, etc. Keeping it from reaching true perfection I can only pinpoint the absence of a Web interface to backup our lists to and edit them from, which the developers have already proved to possess the know-how to do — their personal finance app, MoneyBook (highly recommended!), is accompanied by a great webapp. Even so, make no mistake: this app is worth every penny!
  • Just okay now that sync is gone

    By susiefen (Pcmac user)

I loved this app until the most recent update. I got it because of the cloud sync functionality, and now they have removed it. Now without the sync, it is basically a list builder with no additional useful functionality. The updated apple reminders app is more useful, and it has an automatic sync functionality, so I guess I will start using that. Too bad.
  • Amazing app

    By Frustrated94 (Pcmac user)

So simple, easy to use, and amazing little features. I can have a badge for my errands list and choose to not have a count for my grocery list. I love how I can click to check off an item and still have it ghost-displayed. Have "milk" on your running shopping list but don't need any now? Change the color of the item and you'll know when you get to the store that it's out of play (I make the most out of cool features by making them work for me.) Once again, great job. *Update for the developer: perhaps the app could open with a menu of the lists. Swiping through all of them one at a time can be a pain.
