What is PageScope?

PageScope Mobile for iPhone/iPad is an app that allows users to connect to KONICA MINOLTA printing devices from their iOS devices using Wi-Fi. It enables users to print documents and images, import scanned data, and save files in "My Documents". The app also supports authentication and secure print to provide a more secure printing environment. Additionally, it allows users to view and print web pages, save and print pictures taken using the camera function, and upload documents and scanned data to online storage.

Software Features and Description

1. The data stored in My Document and Online Storage as well as Mail and Web pages that have been managed by the PageScope My Print Manager Port app for iPhone/iPad can be spooled to the PageScope My Print Manager server that is designated by the user via the application and then can be printed using a printer that has registered in the PageScope Mobile app.

2. Data that has been scanned from multifunction printers can be saved into "My Documents" with PageScope Mobile operation.

3. The data in "My Documents" can be printed using Konica Minolta multifunction printers (hereafter printers) that support this application.

4. Data that has been scanned from multifunction printers can be saved into "My Documents".

5. PageScope Mobile for iPhone/iPad is an application that allows you to easily connect to KONICA MINOLTA printing devices from your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch using Wi-Fi.

6. By connecting to a multifunction printer that supports Bluetooth LE and tapping an iPhone or iPad, you can search nearby multifunction printers as well as access User Authentication functions.

7. Documents that have been saved in Online Storage can be printed.

8. It enables you to print documents and images as well as import scanned data.

9. Documents and scanned data can be uploaded to Online Storage.

10. Documents scanned from printers or files attached to Emails can be saved in "My Documents".

11. It is possible to print Email messages and attachments received by the Email address programmed in this application.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use PageScope,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "PageScope" » then Click "Install".
- PageScope Mobile will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

PageScope Mobile functions

- Print function: Print documents and images using KONICA MINOLTA multifunction printers that support the app. Save scanned data and files attached to emails in "My Documents". Supports authentication and secure print.

- WebDAV Scan Receive function: Save scanned data from multifunction printers in "My Documents".

- Scan function: Save scanned data from multifunction printers in "My Documents" using PageScope Mobile operation.

Need to connect to printer and working so far. I do wish the connection to Dropbox actually worked so I wouldn’t have to take extra steps to print things off. If it had outlook as an email option as well that would be great.

Time to replace Konica, all three company printers

Absolutely zero in the way of customer support for this app. After following all instructions on how to print from one line storage, the “print” icon is not available. The frustration level is high. All Konica printers are currently being replaced with a brand (no mentioning it) that provides AirPrint capabilities.
