Buggy App

Site is good, app is horrible. Multiple errors when trying to add items to wishlist. Once - a couple of times is okay, but this happens fairly often. Also, the app inventory does this weird “loop” after filtering. It shows 900 items available but will cycle through the app same 20-30 items. I thought I was losing my mind at first when I scrolled past an item I had scrolled by 3 times before. I also hate retail apps where you have to click on the app item, then click a size to add it to your wishlist. It interrupts the app flow of your User experience. Just have a little heart icon to the app side like with Revolve/ShopBop/Farfetch/Luisaviaroma/Neiman Marcus/Saks/Literally everyone. It’s very annoying. Honestly of all the app luxury online retailer apps out there (and I have literally all of them on my phone) this is definitely one of the app worst. I don’t understand why everyone can’t just make their app like ShopBop’s, then we could all die happy
Where are those filters??

I’ve been using the app app for more than 2 years and watched it turning worse in terms of usability. There used to be a lot more filters I could choose to easily find the app right product, then after last update the app app removed some and combined some in a stupid way so the app search became harder. this morning when I opened the app app I was surprised even the app size filter was gone, leaving only category and color... I really don’t want to click through every single piece to figure out if I can wear it or now. BTW “my designer” function stopped working since last update. My customized list of designers never got saved no matter how many times I set it up...
Crazy App

I, like the app other reviewer, thought I was going bananas. Seeing the app same items over and over again while scrolling. I even called them to find out what happened to the app size measurements. Who wants to purchase something, especially when it’s final sale only to find out a size Large, for example, is really is a size XS fit wise? They assured me they were “working on it”. That was over a year ago. Even handbags don’t indicate the app size. Even called there once for size measurements on one item. Forget that. By the app time they get back to you, about a week, the app item is sold out.
