Install Blue Planet app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Blue Planet on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Blue Planet"
The search will reveal the Blue Planet app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Blue Planet is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Blue Planet.
Now enjoy Blue Planet on PC.

i don’t believe you can complain when its free. with that being said this app functions as advertised. Although, it would be totally awesome if they added some extra features, even as a paid upgrade, to maybe display a couple cities with the current weather and exact time as pins on the cities.

I thought I was going to have to scour the internet to figure out how to get a day night map on the desktop. But this app was exactly what I was looking for! It would be nice if it didn’t disappear as typical apps do in Mission Control and App Expose, but the app is quite beautifully done nonetheless.

This is a great app! The only thing I wish it had was time zone "bands" that show the time in different parts of the world. I use this to roughly guestimate when my international colleagues are awake or asleep. It's sort of hit and miss. That would be the best feature!
Good, but could be better

It works as expected which is great, but it could be improved a lot. I would like it if the app would set the actual desktop wallpaper. Whenever I go in to switch between spaces in mission control it shows my main wallpaper and not this. I’d also like to be able to have the image span across multiple monitors.
