Disappearing app...and data?

I was really enjoying the simple functionality of this app for quite some time until about 2 days ago when it disappeared for no obvious reason. I have reinstalled it, but all of my reminders (basically my life!) are gone! Any chance of recovering these, customer support? I'll never remember it all!!!!!
Not Updated, doesn't work well with current OS

I used to use the app multiple times/day for meds to be taken, chores to be done, upcoming appointments, & other reminders, but since last OS update it's become slower than a melting glacier - before global warming wound up. I deleted it and will now browse for a replacement that actually keeps updated when the iOS changes.
Awful update

This new version looks awful and the screenshots in the App Store show the old version that looked much better. Also, now I get a prompt to buy a new "mastermind" version of the app. I already bought this one, why would I buy another? Stop bugging me about it. Ask once then stop, asking every third launch of the app is ridiculous.
No longer works

With the latest update to iOS 11. The app no longer works!!!! All reminders can not be seen. Do not use this app. It was already on my ipad when I bought it. Being called the app it seemed to be from apple. What other apps from apple will no longer work???????????
