Install ToyViewer app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using ToyViewer on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "ToyViewer"
The search will reveal the ToyViewer app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once ToyViewer is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including ToyViewer.
Now enjoy ToyViewer on PC.

Small tool fills niche

The Preview application that comes with MacOS is great, and can handle many image viewing functions. However, this app fills an important niche. The Effects menu provides many nice image filters. The File/Export supports a lot of formats not supported by Preview. While it does not do a huge number of functions, what it does it does very well. A great simple and free tool that helps me when other bigger tools fail.
This is a pretty cool app. And it's free.

What's not to like? It's free, fun, doesn't take up much space, and I made a pretty cool wallpaper with it in less than 5 minutes. It's a little a tricky at first, but don't let that discourage you because it's easy to use after a few minutes. You also don't need an undo option because it layers the effect in different windows in progresssion to one another for comparing and contrasting. So if you don't like the most recent edit all you have to do is click on the red 'x' located in the upper left corner where it should be and try again. And did I say this app is free?
Terrific lil' application

Great for playing around with images quickly. Instead of utilizing live preview or undo, it generates a new picture each time you modify the image in any way - which can feel odd at first, but really encourages experimentation. It's extremely easy to do side-by-side comparisons of tweaks. Don't like the filter/effect you just applied? Close the new window (command-w works fine) to get your 'undo'. This 'have to start over' chatter is rubbish.
Quick and easy

Works fine (Intel iMac, OS-X 10.8.2), and the price is hard to beat. People should learn to use software before writing reviews! Ignore the "can't undo" nonsense -- every change you make creates a new picture in a new window. Close it, and your previous version is right there. As for "nothing happens": the program launches, the menu bar appears, and you have to OPEN A FILE if you want to see anything.
