Over the past few months the app’ve seen a lot of racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, and generally rude or offensive content. From my understanding of the terms of use this is unacceptable. It’s certainly one thing to be rude and offensive simply for the sake of being a jerk but additionally these posts are neither funny nor entertaining in any way. If this app is meant to be a place to share funny and amusing content then so be it, but that means they need to do a MUCH better job taking down reported content and ensuring people do not violate the community standards. If you’re BIPOC the app wouldn’t recommend it. the app’ve had this app for years but the app’m deleting it now. Too much rampant bigotry Furthermore, from what the app’ve found a lot of these posts are coming from the same users whose posts the app have reported multiple times. It’s disgusting that people are allowed to get away with this kind of behavior and that LOL Pics continues to allow people like that to engage on this app.

the app've been looking at this app daily for 5 years, and it's never disappointed me. It's better than all the other meme apps because the memes have to actually be funny to make main feed. It's also got a really nice community of people who comment - hardly any trolls, mostly nice people, and there isn't all this abuse, harassment, and rampant racism like on Pictophile. The thing the app like best about it is that when you leave the app, no matter how long you're gone from it, it doesn't refresh and lose your place when you come back. It stays right where you left it, which is rare for apps these days. One of my favorite apps.

Used to be a great way to kill time with funny memes. Great how if the app saw all the recent memes the app could select random and see some maybe the app’ve never seen or haven’t seen in a while, but had to delete because something within the app was accessing my phone/ or the ads are infused with a virus or something- the app would hear a boing sound out of my phone speaker, once there was music playing until the app closed out of the app. Ads would pop up without being clicked and open up its own tab in my internet browser, and today it popped up with an ad for a porn site for “milfs” which showed full nudity in the ad- how embarrassing if the app had been at work or in public. Anyway the app just can’t trust it, maybe the app’ll check back in a couple months see if anything has changed since the app itself has been a favorite for years. Only been having these problems within the last 6 months

Brian shut down the server to make a lame app sadly.. but LOLPICS was the best app and community the app’ve ever been apart of.. for about 8ish years.. Just wish Brian didn’t shut it down to make a “meme game.” Like dude.. not only is nobody gonna play it.. but also, you should’ve waited to shut LOLPICS down until that app was ready.. that way people could transition. But now you’ve lost your voice, as well as your ability to inform us about your lame app that will never come out. Which should be fairly clear based on the fact that it took you 6-7 years to never deliver an update that you promised.
