Install Turtledoveland app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Turtledoveland on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Turtledoveland"
The search will reveal the Turtledoveland app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Turtledoveland is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Turtledoveland.
Now enjoy Turtledoveland on PC.

Shades of mud?

Are there any settings to get the colors to display something beyond dark and muddy? No matter how often I run this and no matter what images I import, it doesn't seem to reach beyond a gloomy texture of sameness. Sometimes the transitions start to hint at something wondeful, but those are never captured as images. I just keep ending up with grainy low-res versions of mud.

I have enjoyed using this app for a while ... I do agree with others that perhaps some additional controls might be useful. As others here have suggested additional controls for Opacity and Color Scheme whould be useful ... and much appreciated by all of those here that like this app. I hope that the suggestions are received in a positive light ... THANK YOU for your efforts thus far.
Different!

Most of the photo apps I have downloaded have all been loosely based on color efx, solarize, sketch, watercolor, fabric, paint ect. This app delivers a fresh new effect rather than the old, played out effects from numerous other apps out there. Basically (from a user standpoint) the app imports your image and paints different effects over your image, you simply wait until it gets one you like and click 'save'. Simple, unique, fresh! No learning curve, no controls - app does it all! Although, a control to set the opacity of the imported image would be nice (or the effect, ever which way you look at it). Thanks for an innovative app!!

A lovely bit of visual joy. this app bucks the trend with its slow and soothing eye-candy. Would make a great screensaver... ease up on the App Store restrictions, Apple!
