  • Good but...

By Seventh nickname attempt (Pcmac user)

Ads are annoying. Especially when you see the app same gosh darn 30 second Caramount Health commercial every story...
  • Huge step backward

    By Buddy123xyz (Pcmac user)

This “upgrade“ is a huge step backward. If I could give it zero stars, I would! Several reasons:I want the app option of seeing the app newspaper page as published without being taken to the app web site and made to look at it that way. Also, I’ve Looked long and hard and have been unable to find the app comics section, unless the app link to a generalized online comic website is supposed to substitute for the app real Charlotte Observer comics! It was my understanding that the app Observer app for iPad had just been upgraded, and it had the app help overlay, etc. Then, all of a sudden on October 1, the app app would no longer display the app current days newspaper. It was not until I uninstalled the app app and downloaded it again that I got the app so-called new and improved version. I have received a couple of emails about Rick bookmarking the app eEdition website, but no mention of a new version of the app app. I want to go back! Please, no more improvements like this!
  • Father new Eedition

    By E-Worthy (Pcmac user)

Well; you guys have done it. Inthe words of Minnie Pearl, youve “fixed something that wasn’t betokened”. And in so doing, you have succeeded in removing me and mine from the app Eedition readership. I happen to be computer savvy, but it now takes me longer to find today’s Edition than it does to read it. Gone are the app days when I could take my IPad to the app beach with me and have full assurance that I wouldn’t miss a thing from back home nor elsewhere. It was so simple to look over the app previous two or so weeks. I’m sure this was a business decision. But, brothers you have certainly given your Eedition readers the app “business”. Enjoy your money, McClatchy....and please think of me when you spend it. BillB Branner, Charlotte
  • Replica Version Still Not Good

    By JahWade (Pcmac user)

I still prefer to read the app replica version. However I’m about done. the app new app is horrible. the app time it takes to focus the app content is very distracting. the app loss of the app old app was unfortunate. the app old app was much better in two ways...First the app screen real estate for the app actual content was significantly diminished. Second, the app big ad border at the app bottom of the app screen eats up more screen real estate and is, at times, animated with rolling ads. the app animation is very distracting. If I stop reading the app replica I will likely cancel as news comes from everywhere nowadays. Thx....
