Beautiful

All I can say for now is that it's beautiful. But whether it works or not is something I'll have to report after a few weeks of using it. The app doesn't provide the typical positive thoughts we've become familiar with in the other apps. Rather, it persuades you look into yourself and your past and ponder. It has a spiritual aspect to it. The main point of it is psychological comfort, so even if you're not spiritual, I don't see what's the harm if you play along anyway, but if that doesn't work for you, maybe the app isn't for you.
His worst audio & gave nightmares

For the pagan argument, unrelated to my 2 stars, for certain people the spirits will be too much. It's doesn't have to do with what he means by mentioning them, simply that he talks about them. For the 2 stars: I have 8 of his other apps. I obviously like him. But this is one is not good. To start off, in his other apps, you have to try to hear him swallow. In this one, it is very obvious not only when he swallows, but also when he's about to speak. You can hear his dry mouth opening for every sentence and it is very distracting. Unlike his other apps, I ended up staying awake way past the intro. The intro is also different from his others, and doesn't guide you to a whole body relaxation. And the worst, this one gives me horrible nightmares. I'm almost positive it is because there is a connection between what I wanted help with and those type of nightmares. That being said, I've never before woken up from the nightmare, been fine, and go back to the same type over and over and over again. Since the awaken option doesn't always work on me, I could only listen to this if someone is with me to wake me up and make me the app around at the end. Otherwise I get woken up, and fall asleep to the nightmares.

My first app from AJ was relax and I LOVED it!, i went through a horrible breakup Honestly didn't know how to end the horrible experience tried everything possible and I downloaded moved on . A lot of things started making sense to me i don't even know how i got over her but i did n in a short time... Now Im healthy feel better about myself (get fit) I'm doing great In school (test prep) I Definitely love all his apps about to try procrastination ...
PLEASE FIX THIS APP!

This app has several glitches. I've sent them in to the email address with screenshots and I've never heard back and the app is still broken. It starts at repeat 0 times. The calculations for the program length are broken. It goes from 50,000 minutes to 30 minutes if you change a setting. The delayed wake is completely broken! It crashes right when the wake part is to start. I can duplicate it by running it ahead manually. There is no short induction setting. Sometimes it just hangs anywhere for no reason, and often locks up hard. This one ran my battery down before, so now I only listen to it on weekends. With the technical issues aside, I'm giving it a 2 for the content. The induction on this one is very relaxing. The longest if them all. Puts me right out. Once I'm out I hope I'm getting the full program, because I often find it locked up. Maybe that's why it hadn't helped with my depression. I'd love to make this a 5, but it is too buggy. None of my other AJ apps have these problems! Please, please fix this app!!!
