Install Keyboard Pilot app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Keyboard Pilot on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Keyboard Pilot"
The search will reveal the Keyboard Pilot app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Keyboard Pilot is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Keyboard Pilot.
Now enjoy Keyboard Pilot on PC.

Great for using function keys with pro apps

Using Motion or Cinema 4D just got a whole lot easier for me. Now I don't have to sacrifice my volume button or screen brightness keys for function keys. this app supports intelligent switching based on app context. When I'm in Motion or C4D, the function keys are function keys. When I'm anywhere else, F1 and F2 adjust screen brightness. Just what I was looking for!

I originally bought this to use to turn function keys on and off, that functionality has been moved to their website due to app store restrictions. It's a godsend when working with windows machines remotely, or in one of my developer tools that makes heavy use of function key mappings. Thanks TinyBird!
