Impossible to use with too many in-app purchase ads
By KimK123456789 (Pcmac user)
I didn’t download this for longer than 5 minutes before I deleted it. I tried using some settings and they were not user friendly. I tried to translate one word and it wouldn’t translate, just kept taking me to purchase options. I clicked the pronunciation icon once and it said I had exhausted the trial and had to pay $0.99 for any more. This needs to have more free options or just make it a paid app. In-app purchase options are just too much and get in the way of the simplest of tasks. Not worth it.

Don’t buy it
By Aitch2018 (Pcmac user)
The second you type anything you’re interrupted by ads even after you purchase the dam* thing. Also, their customer service is horrible. I had an issue with my account and their reply was basically that’s not our problem [PERIOD]. No interest in knowing more about the problem for future reference or in helping a customer whatsoever.

3 Stars

Can be hard to use at first. It also doesn’t give you a description of the word. If I search the the app word for look I get many results but I have no idea if some mean stare or some glance. But otherwise it’s pretty good.

Absolutely essential for French students.
By danrodriguez804 (Pcmac user)
Don't write many reviews but I love this app! I was hesitant about getting the full version, but I love it. Links to Word Reference, has flash cards, audible pronunciations, it is must for anyone studying the app. I study other languages; I wish they'd make this dictionary for other languages as well. Thanks.
Edit: they do have other languages. That made my day!
