What am I getting by having this app for all these years?

It seems like ever since I got this app ( 10 years ago? ), I know less and less about this app than friends of mine who don’t have it! I always got the “Insider “ and enjoyed it, but when they quit mailing it to me and told me I could access it online, I cannot find it! I have done many searches for “Inside Q”, exactly how Terry told us to in the last issue published a few years ago and never have I found it! I have missed out on so many things I would like to have had because it was too late by the time I got word of it and then my size and color would be gone, or I had not known to plan for it and got something else I could not return, etc! So frustrating! I have the highest IQ on record at my school and was tested again 10 years ago (at 53), and scored 160! So, it’s not my inability to find something. I even called customer service and they told me they couldn’t find it either, but to try signing in the old way as an unknown. I did that, to no avail. I am beginning to think these tests I took were wrong because I do feel really stupid! Seriously, when I signed on the old way, the website was more fun and entertaining! I can’t honestly give a good review because I don’t think I know a good app from a bad one! Sorry.

Apps are most often a pleasant surprise ... as long as they are user friendly (to begin with) and work “as they should,” meaning the transaction process is smooth & seamless! The object of an app is to SAVE time AND frustration! As a cushier, that is definitely what I look for, anyway! The check out process, especially, needs to be seamless and without hiccups! I just checked out of the this app app, while (simply) attempting to make a “everyday value,” purchase. I wanted to take advantage of this app’s “Easy Pay” option and I finally completed my transaction, AFTER my second and final, attempt! First I “attempted” to pay via PayPal. Sadly, that was a complete and utter BUST! I attempted again, this time using a C.C. Done! But ... was my order actually processed through this app’s “Easy Pay” program?! I do not know! That’s yet to be confirmed. this app, If you are going to offer an “Easy Pay” option, PLEASE make it so simple that it’s HARD to mess up the order. I should NOT have to go back into the this app app, and double check my account / orders / “Easy Pay” Orders JUST to be guaranteed that my order was processed the way I originally wanted it processed, which was through “EASY PAY” to begin with! 😣 Signed, B.B., Frustrated & Bewildered in GA
Mostly love app, except

Mostly love the app and functionality. Wish Prior Program Selection was on very first page. Many times I want to see what was on earlier in the day. Also with Quick Checkout I end up with EasyPay when I don’t want it. And in the past, looking at my order history was simple. I want to see the list of what I have ordered, especially at gift giving time. Not just stop EasyPay orders. If I have to get up and check the gift closet to see I already have something appropriate for someone I’m probably going to get a distraction and end up not ordering what I was looking at. Same true for seasonal items, decor, clothing, etc. and if I have to try several attempts to see the history, I’m done. Having said that, I shop more n this app than any other shopping network.
QVC has saved me from running around naked!

I have lost 100 plus pounds over the past year and am not able (or do not want to) go out to the stores so this app has been my savior. I have gotten a complete new wardrobe of clothes that actually fit me. I am proud to go out in public now, my clothes are stylish, fit well and are beautiful. From shoes, to sandals, to bras, to undies, to boots and even jeans. I have to admit I have also treated myself to hair products, make-up, skin care and aroma products. My only complaint is the return shipping charges. Sometimes I cant find the size I need when returning items so I have to pay the shipping charges. Thank you this app for making this almost 70 year old lady feel human again.
