Basic HIT workout recording
By FritzZwicky (Pcmac user)
It's a very good but very basic app. Just the thing to time an the app workout such as recommended in "Body by Science" among other workout books. Would be even better were it to keep a long term record of your workouts; as it is, it only remembers the last workout.
