Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Selichos"
The search will reveal the Selichos - סליחות app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Selichos is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Selichos.
Now enjoy Selichos on PC.

This app is awesome. For a future release please add the this app for Tanis Esther, 17th of Tamuz, Asara B'Teves the rest of the fast days. Also it would be nice to include tashlich in here
Selichot

Poor app, doesn't allow font size change with word wrap. Not up to your usual standards. Just like using the old tiny font printed selichot. Don't waste your money. Download a free version from the web.
