Garbage!!!!!

This app is garbage. I am a STM and I can’t get my pro shop discount barcode to show up (gives me an error). I can edit tickets that are for sale (errors again). Horrible horrible app. I expected better from an organization like the NFL and the Patriots. Who ever is getting paid to program this app should be fired. It’s the only way I can manage my season tickets and it’s a fail.

Won’t load

I’ve had it on my phone and it worked fine. Just went to use it and it loads opening page then shuts down. Even jammed up my phone once. I’ve tried removing and adding it back. No luck. Always shuts app out before I can look at anything
A never ending cycle of “Something went wrong”

Given that the app is now only accepting mobile tickets thru the app, it’s incredibly frustrating to encounter a never ending loop of the “Something went wrong” pop up when I try to login and accept the Terms and Conditions so I can access my tickets. Help!
