Install Sketch Memo Lite app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Sketch Memo Lite on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Sketch Memo Lite"
The search will reveal the Sketch Memo Lite app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Sketch Memo Lite is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Sketch Memo Lite.
Now enjoy Sketch Memo Lite on PC.

Great free app!

Considering that this app is free, it packs tons of features. I was looking for something that could import from my photos and then give me the ability to draw over the image (my purpose was for a renovation design). There's also tons of other features that I'm sure I'll find handy. Can't go wrong with free! Give it a try for yourself.

is there any other app that does what this does ? why the low ratings? I love this app, just in the five minutes I've been playing with it. great if you have to take visual and written notes for designing or engineering an idea or a product. love it.
Almost as powerful as Omnigraffle

Must see. Quirky tool layout and bad icon choices, but give it a chance. Almost as powerful as Omnigraffle for 5% of the cost. Solves the problem of handwriting in an elegant way. Tip: to select, touch and hold till selection lines appear, then drag. Open lower left palette to group. Even very tiny handwriting can then be dragged and scaled. Not sure what I would use it for, but it's interesting...
Robust and versatile, but missing one thing...

I think this app is wonderful. I can produce anything from a flow chart to a scale floor plan with this app. One thing it needs to get 5 stars from me: I need to be able to turn off the box/frame around text in order to fill out PDF forms.
