Install Memo Pad - Simple Note Pad app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:

I would give this a full 5 stars if it didn't have the one major that it currently has, otherwise it's a great app and worth the full 5 star rating! So, the major issue that I have is at start up. It asks for my password but instead of it being in English, it's in Chinese-type font and I still have to type in the numerical password even when I have chosen the finger print option. I'm not sure if I can change this issues or if it is what it is. But aside from that it's simple and easy to use. I definitely recommend to anyone who's looking for a plain and basic this app app!!
