I was getting tired of seeing that "wheel" go around and nothing else. I have 4 Alert cameras and have been using them ever since I switched from Wilife years ago. On a few occasions due to power failures or other issues, I have considered going to a wired system. I'm 77 years old and not as good at climbing ladders as I used to be. My cameras are mounted anywhere from 10 to 30 feet up in order to get the viewing angles I need. Plugging and unplugging from the power source and "papercliping the camera can be a chore I don't look forward to. As you can see by my 5 stars, I love my Alert system. Being able to have my active cameras pop up on my computer screen while I am doing something else, and having them record directly to my computers hard drive puts your product head and shoulders above ANY system currently available. I wish the app was still producing wireless security systems. Thanks for keeping up with the software and email tech support. Jim Melick Fort Mohave, AZ
Works Perfectly with latest iOS & 3.5 FW

Cameras require 3.5 Firmware (FW) to work properly on iPhone/iPad with iOS 10.3.2 through 13.2 software. To check camera Firmware(FW) open Alert Commander on your MAC. Go to Settings>General>Firmware. Below each camera you will see it's current firmware. If you have 3.2, 3.3 or 3.4 Firmware pull down menu on right side and see if you can update to 3.5 Firmware. If not available, contact the app and insist they provide you with a way to update to current 3.5 Firmware. BTW, camera reliability is improved by occasional reFormat of SD Card. On your iPhone or iPad go to Settings>Select Camera>Format micro SD Card.

Updated review... it now works great again. Thanks for the update. Best software I've used so far for email alerts without getting emails every minute. Just use a combination of drawing custom zones, sensitivity of motion detection, and how much time to leave between alerts. Old review...Worked amazing before iOS 10 update. I haven't updated all devices and it still works on them. The problem is with live view. It buffers forever.
Best camera/app available to date

Was SO excited when I saw this app in the update section of the App Store. I was starting to think the app was going to hang us out on the update. I want to thank the programmers and decision makers for updating this application because I am confident there is NOT a comparable system on the market. The only option was going to be the WORST and that was replace the full suite with a lesser product. Thank you.. Thank you!!!! Brett
