FRUSTRATED!!!

I bought this app many years ago, and loved it. I paid my $9.99, and then whenever I wanted I could fire it up and use it. Many months ago I tried to use it, and found that I had to now “log in” and it didn’t acknowledge that I purchased it before. Someone was really helpful then at setting this, up, but now I go back again to use it and go through the same crap again. I CANNOT USE IT AT ALL, and I am FRUSTRATED BEYOND WORDS!!! I either want my original money back or I want this to JUST WORK!!!!! It doesn’t. !!! Dan Millman should be embarrassed that something that carries his name is being so poorly managed!!! PLEASE CONTACT ME TO FIGURE OUT HOW I GET MY MONEY BACK. I’m done with this crap!!! I would have rated this very high a few years ago, but now it’s complete crap.

I disagree with the other reviewer who called this app the book in a box, it seems more to me like the summary of the book. Also, I dislike how the App seems to constantly sign me out. It’s not like the app has any sensitive info, I would prefer that the security features be a adjustable somehow so that it can keep you logged in. Resetting my password over and over gets a tad annoying after awhile. Granted this is partially my fault for not remembering an app pw or storing it, but really... it’s a numerology app not a bank. I think it safe to make the security features adjustable to personal preference

I really like it but it seems to keep crashing on me. When I open a health (and other topics) it will just shut down and I have to reopen.

The app is difficult to sign into. It keeps prompting me to scan my face, and I’m constantly having to tell the app no. Don’t assume I want you to scan my face. And don’t make that the default, seriously. Multiple tries trying to log in having to continually bypass this convoluted sign in screen. I have owned and gifted the Book for a decade at least. And the app is mostly a great resource. But the sign in process is confusing, aggravating, and presumptuous.
