Great App

I bought this app sometime last year and must admit it is the best app on my iPad. I however am disappointed that one has to buy the version for the iPhone. I understand that the developers have operating costs to meet but the Quran is supposed to be free. Since I have paid for it on the iPad, I really think it is a rip-off to have to purchase the iPhone version when there is no need to do this with most of the other apps. I would also like to call the developer's attention to the fact that the verses are now numbered in Arabic numerals when one presses the translation button. Please rectify this for the benefit of people that do not understand Arabic. Jazakh Allahu Khayran.
Problem with newest update July 2016

I love this app and is 5 stars except a minor glitch on the latest update. Alhamdulillah I have memorized so many surahs of Juz 'Amma and I'm learning to read Arabic very easily with the font used. Masha'Allah this is such a beautiful app and has been since the beginning but something happened to it after the update on July 26. It shrinks the whole display into a fraction of the screen and doesn't correct when rotating portrait or landscape. Makharij tab goes into a "seizure" and glitches the audio while trying to rotate itself. Vocabulary tab isn't even visible anymore. I know developers will fix this soon.

This has been done very well. I have had issues however, completely crashed my device when downloading surahs and on the memorization whenever it would start the loop over it would repeat the last line and then go to second line. For example I want to memorize 1-4. It goes 1-2-3-4 then stops. Then I push play and the icon and color go back to one but the spoken voice repeats part 4, it will hen go to part 2 and self correct. That's what vie noticed in 5 minutes with the app. I gave 5 stars bc bugs can be fixed but the content is impressive.

I have been using this app for about a year. I love it. Everything in one place:Arabic, recitation by different Qaris, translation, tafsir, root words, notes,etc. I have been using this as my primary Quran for reading and taking notes. I personally like the Tafsir by Maududi. This app is well designed and feature packed. Highly recommend it. Makes a good gift too especially with Ramadan around the corner. The only criticism that I have is that there are a lot of typos in the tafsir. It seems like the English Tafsir was imported but not completely validated. Perhaps having a feature to let users mark ayas with potential typos would help to correct them. Thank you for creating this app. I have come to rely on it and love the fact that I can carry volumes of tafsir with me so easily.
