Install RainTracker - Daily Weather Gauge app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using RainTracker on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "RainTracker"
- The search will reveal the RainTracker - Daily Weather Gauge app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once RainTracker is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including RainTracker.

For Windows 11, check if there's a native RainTracker Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:
- To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.
- To use RainTracker,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "RainTracker" » then Click "Install".
- RainTracker - Daily Weather Gauge will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Great rain tracker /logger

Suggestion- if a day was erroneously selected (it did not rain on that day), the history for that day should be completely deleted. Instead it shows a rainfall amount of "0.00" for that day that was "cleared" or amount was deleted.
Also, after the latest version, 2.0.1, the app will crash when I go from viewing the weekly chart to viewing the monthly chart or vice versa.

Does the job. Needs an small but very helpful feature

After my yard died last year, I was determined to water my lawn this year. I have a rain gauge that tells me if it has rained enough to forgo watering, but does not tell me the rain by week. Your yard needs around "1.5 inches of water a week to stay healthy. This app helps me log the rain by day. I would really like it if on the week report it could give me the total by week. Small effort change, but a big help! That would be worth another star.
As for those who thought this app would somehow know how much it rained at Their house....... Interesting.

Crashes constantly

This app needs you to enter the amounts for each day. It does not TELL you how much rain fell on any given day. You have to know how much rain fell, then manually enter it into a “journal” like tracker. Not what I was expecting.
