I’ve always wanted to play the the app so for Christmas I treated myself to a small keyboard for $99 (complete with stool and earphones so I can practice silently). the app Tutor is terrific if you’re trying to teach yourself. It has so many different exercises and levels of practice. Great for learning to read music which is really one of my major goals. I am having so much fun with this and any time I have a few spare minutes is good to pick up my iPad and do a the app Tutor exercise. I’m 75 so it’s never too late to acquire a new passion.

I'm 62 years old and always wanted to learn music. After a lot of looking, I must say that this is better that the gaming ones that you don't learn much with. Definitely learning notes, sounds, finger positions and music nomenclature all at the same time. Just what I needed to really learn music. Added a midi keyboard and I'm on my way. Just wish there was more free sample music selections. I highly recommend it for anybody starting out, best of all of them! 5 stars!

Want more songs? I wish it had more but basic features that I get is well worth it to start. As I progress, yes, I will have to pay more but I can finally read sheet music! Practice and boring repetition is made easier as long as I have my IPad or phone with me. Yes, I am now BEGINNING to be able to read sheet music after using the app a few times

We have just started using this app and so far it is great. We connected it to our digital the app through Bluetooth. To do this we used the following app. Bluetooth MIDI Connect. Works perfectly together.
