This used to be my favorite app

This app has been my favorite for a number of years now. I just purchased a new iPad and the app won't load properly and every link within the app for help goes to dead websites. Help please?

Best App For Reading Bible On Ipad

First and foremost the reading experience in this app is unparalleled. It allows one to get the most out of your reading experience. You can take notes on each verse. You can highlight passages in different colors. I, for instance, will highlight a passage in blue if I need to ask a question and in yellow if it's just something I wanted to remember. It is extremely flexible. You can compare two different translations with one another. You can use Strongs to get a further perspective. It also syncs with ibiblespace so that you can read and edit on a PC if you want to. It is great to share with your family and makes reading the Bible not only fruitful, but fun.
Secondly, the customer service is unparalleled. It is not only the best on Itunes but perhaps the best anywhere. If I had a question (which I did) I would always get a response with 12 hours. That's fast and dependable.
I highly recommend this app!

Misleading ads

Got off on the wrong foot with these guys and now engaged in war of emails over getting my money back.
The primary page on the web site touts and 'leads' with the NIV version for 'less than $5 dollars' and it explains how you can 'add-on' other versions, like KJV.
But the link at the bottom of the page, which one might assume was the NIV version since that appears to be the topic of the information above... Is NOT for the NIV version, but instead it's the KJV version. (nothing against KJV, but I prefer the NIV)
Anyway, trying to get these guys to correct this problem has led to multiple emails of telling me It' s all my fault for not reading the wording more carefully, Yada, Yada, Yada.
All I now want is my money back.
Oh, I forgot to add, all their NIV versions appear to be $9.99 and not 'less than $5.'

I have used quite a few. This is the best I have seen. Now you just turn pages instead of scrolling and turning pages. Finally!
