Install Blackboard for iPad app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Blackboard on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Blackboard"
The search will reveal the Blackboard for iPad app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Blackboard is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Blackboard.
Now enjoy Blackboard on PC.

Changes have improved it!

Responds to writing more than it used to. It's great that now we can make adjustments to the eraser, and that the eraser stays in one place when being used and disappears when you are writing. I really like the changes, thanks.
Chalkboard

I like it! The this app is nicely designed, the chalk colors are perfect, and it is great idea you can import pictures and draw on them But a lot of things are still missing, or buggy. The eraser is big and does not resize, so you can't correct a formula or section without messing up a whole section. You can't save a picture, and re-edit later, once you quit the app, it's gone. You can't write on the area where the colored chalk choices are. The import photo library feature is buggy, sometimes a picture will appear repeated as a four-way split screen, and there is no control of resizing the pictures, often this makes them unusable, just one portion of a higher resolution picture will be seen. Feature idea: allow the screen to be zoomed in via finger pinching, so we could write/draw/erase in finer detail!
Easy to use, jaggy lines

Easy to use. Eraser works well. Curved chalk lines are very jaggy. Edges are not smoothed.
Suggestion

Love the chalk color choices, very bright. I find writing numbers to be no problem. They look very authentic. The suggestion I have is with the eraser. It is cumbersome to use for small areas. Would you be able to update with a size choice like you have offered for the chalk? Overall a very fun app to have.
