  • Great ftp app

    By NetPagz (Pcmac user)

I don't know what some other reviewers are talking about. I have used this app with various different the app servers without any problems. I'm sure there were some issues with version 1.x, but version 2.0 is working great for me. I don't know of many other apps that have had such rapid and incredible updates in such a short amount of time. It is very apparent the developer is listening to suggestions and requests and acting on it. I love the new features in 2.0! Keep it coming!
  • Very close

    By Kornstar89 (Pcmac user)

Connects to my NAS the app well. Views office files and gives the option to email save or open. Even streams MP3 files from the server via 3G and buffers. The only thing I would like to see is a mini thumbnail enhancement while viewing pictures. All I see are files. Other the app programs have this option. Also a file upload would be great. Not good at all if you are looking to use it for web site updating. Great for surfing files
  • Works great for me

    By Hesadanza (Pcmac user)

Cool this app. You can log into any the app site, and instantly browse the files, downloading them, saving them to the phone, emailing them, etc. You can even stream audio files. It would be helpful for those that say it's incompatible with certain the app servers to give more details about the servers they are trying to log into. Maybe the developer could then do something about it. All the servers that I use work just fine. I look forward to seeing updates and new features.
  • It works with my FTP servers with nonstandard ports

    By Dr.T-92677 (Pcmac user)

The app goes to my the app servers, with odd port numbers, just fine. I like the way it handles long listings (making the text larger). If I download an JPG photo file, it goes into the this app directory visible from My Computer app (Windows XP) but it won't move, or rename on my 3G phone. If I download an MP3 file, it too goes to the FTPBrowser directory but how do I get it into my music directory? Maybe there are limits on the iPhone as to accessing different directories, but it would be nice if JPGs went into the photo collection, MP3 to the Music.
