Install iBless Torah app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using iBless Torah on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "iBless Torah"
The search will reveal the iBless Torah app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once iBless Torah is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including iBless Torah.
Now enjoy iBless Torah on PC.

I'm disappointed because it only has 4 blessings: before & after Torah reading and Haftorah. I was expecting other blessings, such as sabbath blessings, before meals, Kaddish, kiddush, just more everyday blessings. Those would be more general, and thus more helpful to a wider audience.

This is an ok app. I think it will definitely help me study for my bar mitzvah. I wish that there was an option to change the voice or make it speed up. The speed is the biggest problem because it gets annoying to have to read one word, wait for the voice to finish, and then do that for the whole prayer.

I would like to see additional blessings added. I like the slow speed for learning but would also like to be able to play in real time ... like you would hear in synagogue.
