Loud buzzing when using this for a mic. Glad it wasn't expensive because it did not work as advertised.

Get the other program they offer for $4 instead. In setting this up with Ventrilo, I did get it to work. Much finagling and reboot required after downloading their software on my computer. The latency is at least moderately unbearable, while the sound quality is decent, this version does not include the driver for the headphone speakers. They charge $4 for that version of the program. I have to say that if you want to try this, try that one because the feedback loop between saying something, your speakers playing it out loud and then the clear and crisp echo 3-4 times is absolutely unbearable, even in an otherwise silent room. I'd use headphones to remove the feedback from the loop, but they would cover the microphone... in the headphones I'm already using. Complete and utter fail. I don't understand why they even offer this program, when it only includes half the functionality. I guess to screw you out of an extra $2 when you have to buy the $4 anyways to do what you initially wanted.
