1. BookMyne™ makes it quick and easy to access your local library on the go! Search your library’s catalog, download items, manage your account, and find suggested reading instantly with your iOS device.

2. · Search for items in your library's catalog by title, author, subject, or general keyword and place holds on interesting items.

3. · Use your device’s camera to scan the barcode on a book, CD, DVD, or other item at a friend’s house or bookstore and search for available copies at your library.

Install BookMyne app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using BookMyne on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "BookMyne"
The search will reveal the BookMyne app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once BookMyne is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including BookMyne.
Now enjoy BookMyne on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use BookMyne,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "BookMyne" » then Click "Install".
- BookMyne will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

When this app works properly, it is awesome. Unfortunately, I’ve had 2 major recurring issues. First, there are periods where the app will not allow me to sign in. It will request my PIN & after entering it, it says “undefined.” Not being able to sign in is a huge inconvenience for obvious reasons (e.g. cannot renew materials or check on due dates, etc.). Second (& speaking of due dates), the app often lists an incorrect due date, typically 1 day after the actual due date. After several late fees, I’ve learned to set reminders to renew materials in advance of the posted due date; however, this issue is one that should not occur in the first place & should also be remedied.

Original review below this one. I need the list feature back. It's great that you can search books and put them on hold, but I want to search books and add them to a list and then go find them on the shelf so I can see what else the author wrote. I want my kids to be able to find their favorite authors on the actual bookshelves and not live their library entirely through an app. Bring back lists and recommendations and I'll bring back 5 stars. Saves me from having to go dig out my library card every time I want to renew books on line. Gives warning flags when things are due. One comment, they should explain that when you can't select a book to renew it, it means you are out of renewals for that book, not that the app is malfunctioning.
Crappy update ruined this perfectly good app!

Horrible...the new update makes this app completely unusable! It freezes. You can't use the "home" or "back" button so I'm constantly getting "stuck" between screens & have to restart my device just to get back into the app. And often I'm greeted with nothing more than a white screen. I'm sure I'd find more problems if I were actually able to get it to work, especially since I'm reading other negative reviews that are mainly related to this update...so I know it's not just me! Please either fix it or go back to the old format. I've been using (and appreciating) this app for years to track my very frequent library activity, and I never EVER had trouble with it until now. Ugh!

I'm sorry I updated. I haven't actually had any real problems using the app, which is why it got two stars, but although it's prettier, it is all but illegible to read. The font needs to be darker and a bit larger, especially for older users--and yes, there are older users! Update: I used my backups to revert to the older version and I'm not going to "update" until I'm sure it will be legible! Further update: I accidentally updated this again, and it's still ICK! Better than it was, but that's not saying much. It still needs a more legible font. And it seems that the new software won't let me downgrade anymore, grrr.
