As a rules official this is my number one source while on the app course. the app new hyperlinks are extremely useful. Much improved search functionality. Wish list: ability to listen to the app content while driving, especially the app definitions. Second, PLEASE allow use for test. Haven’t used my books hardly at all this summer. Great resource.

I am a rules official for a PGA Section and frequently use this app because it lets yo move between references with a simple touch and then you can go back to where you were with another touch.
I wish it also had a way to listen in audio.

This app contains the app full text of the app USGA / R&A rules, organized to quickly access the app rule for any situation on the app course. Very handy and easy to use. I also recommend the app optional companion "Decisions" module, which aids in the app interpretation of the app rules and how they are applied.

I'd recommend that the app app allow you to see the app proposed rules in a different section as opposed to finding that information elsewhere on the app USGA site.
