Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "TotalRock Radio (new)"
The search will reveal the TotalRock Radio (new) app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once TotalRock Radio (new) is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including TotalRock Radio (new).
Now enjoy TotalRock Radio (new) on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use TotalRock Radio (new),
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "TotalRock Radio (new)" » then Click "Install".
- TotalRock Radio (new) will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

 Today it's working...

Yesterday I had No sound from this app even though it appeared to be playing. Tried the ringer switch, plugging in headphones and I'm on a good wifi. OS 3.0.1 Today it's working. I haven't reset my phone or turned it off since yesterday. Strange 
