Install Weather Radio app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:

Using Weather Radio on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Weather Radio"
The search will reveal the Weather Radio app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Weather Radio is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Weather Radio.
Now enjoy Weather Radio on PC.

Stream error 71 on every stream. Must be old but why is it still. In the app store. Oh well waisted a $1.05
