Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Scanner Radio"

Once Scanner Radio is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Scanner Radio.

A total waste of money at least for me. Go to radio reference, nothing listed for my state. Go to shout cast the app, list my state capital but it says it cannot stream this channel. It is completely worthless for me.

This app works great. I see a lot of disappointed reviews from people on this app because they expect too much from it. Peolpe are always talking about the poor quality they seem to get and nothing close in there area. Everybody thats complaining all had the chance to go on-line and review the coverage areas first hand before purchasing this app. As far as the quality goes, I've listened to scanners my whole life and I hear the same poor quality once in awhile on regular scanners also. This is very common among scanners today because most sites are running on 800 band trunked systems today. Back before when scanners all ran on 400 ban and lower the quality of reception was much greater. This app works just as good as my quality 1000 channel dual trunking hand held the app but without the bulky ness to carry around. I would recommend this the app app to anyone that is thinking about about purchasing it.
Solid 4 Stars for my iPod Touch !!

Pretty good application, all the way around. I have both Emergency Radio and this one, I have to say the "clarity" is better on this one. Pretty clear on my end. I can understand both sides of the conversation. The problem with the Emergency Radio application, is the fact that many times you can not hear it very good. This one seems to be pretty clear. I'm a ham radio operator and I have professional scanners as well. I like the app, because I can take it on the go with my iPod Touch and listen when I travel, etc. and I don't have to bring any of my radios. I would say it's a solid 4 stars. I don't have an iPhone, so not sure about how it does with that. One thing that I have noticed is that a lot of people never really say what they have, they just comment on it. Make sure you say if you have problems with the iPhone or the iPod Touch. Many times I see bad reviews on an iPhone application and it plays fine on the Touch.

Certainly not the flashiest the app app I have seen, but this one does offer the most channels to listen to and seems to always be updated and accurate for finding online agencies! I have bought 5 the app apps, some offer some different bells and whistles which are very nice, but this app offers the most to frequencies to listen to! Some record, some offer maps, some offer outdated and often inaccurate 10 codes, some show how many listeners are listening, some even look more like a real the app, some have "banks" and let you listen to more than one channel at a time, and some let you run the app in the background while you still have access to your other apps. Maybe they can incorporate the best features of all the the app apps in future updates! Thanks!
