Beautiful and Helpful Sushi Guide
By Huskies in Paradise (Pcmac user)
This is an attractive, easy to navigate app with plenty of helpful information. Finding the sushi I'm interested in is easy, with sushi listed by both English and Japanese names with pictures. The included pronunciation of Japanese names is also helpful. The "notes" and "favorite" sections are easy to use. I can't say enough good things about this app, it's clean and beautiful and doesn't have a lot of unnecessary extra "fluff."
While it may be too much to wish for an included listing of nearby sushi restaurants, with easy links to directions and/or reviews, I would like to see a way to list my own favorite sushi restaurants, and perhaps jot notes about what I enjoyed in a particular restaurant.

Great database - still has bugs
By SamiJo_88 (Pcmac user)
I like that this app has LOTS of different rolls and fish to choose from. However, when I try to enter my notes for a particular roll, the keyboard 'takes over' and I can not see what I am typing nor can I choose "done" or "ok" so that it will save my notes. Also, I still like the idea of being able to take pictures from particular restaurants and what would make this app over the top would be the ability to add in those 'specialty' rolls that are specific to a certain restaurant. I gave it 3 stars since the database is great, but those other things would be awesome and would definitely be worth 5 stars in my book!

Great so far!
By Cricket1176 (Pcmac user)
This is great so far...the only thing I see right off the bat is that I would like to be able to enter custom rolls that I like. Other that that it's great. I can't wait to go have some sushi and try it out for real!

Back to being a favorite app
By maakuIT (Pcmac user)
I gave a one star review to v3.0 for suddenly requiring social media login or account creation just to look at sushi, but they addressed that, so it's back to being a great app, with good pictures of many different types of sushi with English and Japanese (romaji, hiragana and kanji) names. And if you _want_ to Facebook or Twitter your sushi choices, you can do that too.
