12 Strikes Bowling Tracker for Pc

First the good things. 1) This app does allow you to put in where you are standing and where you are aiming. 2) it has input as to how your misses are. Left, right, whatever. 3) the stats it does keep track of are very good. 4) it allows for keeping track of which ball you used. Now for the bad news. If your a serious bowler, it is lacking in many areas. I loved Frames. Frames does many things this app can't, but there isn't a Frames for the iPhone. 1) you have to hit the next button after each entry. That is so annoying. 2) Please explain to me why it doesn't keep track of your series total? There should be an easy way to track your series progress by date. 3) After you finish the last frame, getting to the next game is a pain in the neck. 4) what's the point of putting in the amount of games your playing if you can just keep adding games on endlessly? If I say it's a 3 game series, then it should end at the end of the 3rd game. The series should automatically add up. 4) if you can keep track of the balls you use, it sure would be nice to know what my stats are with each ball. 5) while I'm on the subject, you should be able to arrange stats by any criteria you wish. Date, bowling alley, bowling ball, league and so forth. The things I listed above are all things that Frames can do. I'm kind of sorry I bought this app. I'll wait until the next upgrade before I go back to using it.

As a avid bowler I am a tough critic for Personal stats software. I have used all The popular ones. The best one I used Was frames and it was just okay. This one lacks a few important things. But is workable in the current version. I like all the notes capabilities for single Frames. Still needs league and overall Average capability and pin graphing Like frames. But I see steady improvements on each version. Overall a great buy a ten bucks. Nice work looking forward to the next Version. The addition of overall And league averages and the ability To keep track of pins left would give This software the edge over all the ones I have used over the last 10 Years. Good work!!! The author of the app strikes has worked very hard to make this program better. He not only succeeded in making it better, it is by far the best bowling analysis software for the iPhone market. As a USBC certified coach, I have worked with many different caliber of players over the years. This program can benefit everyone from the novice to the professional. Well done.

This is a very good app if you want to keep track of the details of your game. It is in desperate need of an update because it crashes frequently - nearly every time I use it. If it worked well, the functionality can be very helpful if you have the patience to input all the data it offers options for. Can be very useful for practice to track position and targeting. PLEASE update this app. It is too expensive to be so unstable!!
