1. The OAB CDUT app a proprietary platform of ObvioHealth being used to manage a trial to collect data regarding the experience using a daily diary for overactive bladder syndrome experiences.

2. The OAB CDUT app allows for real time feedback done via phone interview of an instrument that will be used for studying overactive bladder syndrome.

3. Welcome to the Overactive Bladder Clinical Usability Diary Testing study.

4. By creating the opportunity to study usability data, it increases accessibility to participation while reducing overhead costs of physical sites.

5. Subjects will have the opportunity to connect with a member of the study team to ask questions prior to signing the informed consent form.

7. The purpose of this study is to help researchers who are hard at work developing new treatments for OAB, and as part of research efforts we are testing this symptom-tracking app.

8. After this is done, there will be an a 60-minute interview where the participant will be asked about their experiences with the app and main bladder diary.

9. Once deemed eligible, the participant will receive an email with the OAB CDUT download link and their login ID.
