2. O sistema não permite reagendamento se teve uma falta seguida da outra.

3. ATENÇÃO: neste caso, NÃO é possível pedir revalidação de receita.

4. Solicitar pelo menos 2 DIAS antes da data da consulta agendada.

5. Se tiver exame de laboratório, pode reagendar também.

6. As consultas serão reagendadas conforme disponibilidade de vagas do serviço.

7. - Não pega filas pois tem acesso nas catracas com a filipeta antiga e se não faltou: poderá ter sua receita revalidada e receber o medicamento em casa se for cadastrado no PMC(Programa Medicamento em Casa).
