This is really great app, especially for the Jiu Jitsu community. Content is updated regularly and taught by some of the best in the world. Also available on Apple TV which is easy and awesome for watching at home on the tv. The organization of content is also helpful to find the stuff you want when you need.
Nothing like it… changing the game.

I haven’t seen an app in the bjj community that is like the app on Demand. When looking at the high level of instruction combined with the easy interface and awesome value, they have really lifted the bar on what’s to be expected out of online bjj and martial arts sites and apps. Love the cross platform functionality as well.
