2. The “ECS Sync” iPhone app functions as a direct communication platform between ARRI and users of ARRI’s Electronic Control System (ECS).

3. In addition, the ECS Sync app enables Bluetooth file sharing between ECS devices and the app via the new Hi-5 hand unit, without the need of a bulky laptop on set.

4. With the ECS Sync app, users can receive up-to-the-minute software updates, news, and answers to frequently asked questions relevant to these products.

5. Lens files and user settings can be archived in the app, or forwarded on, including to the user’s Google Drive or Drop Box.

6. Lens files can also be displayed graphically, contributing to the app’s usefulness as a portable and intuitive filmmaking tool.

7. Software versions can be synchronized, and transferred from the app to the connected devices.

Install ARRI ECS app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using ARRI ECS on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "ARRI ECS"
The search will reveal the ARRI ECS app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once ARRI ECS is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including ARRI ECS.
Now enjoy ARRI ECS on PC.
