للأسف الشديد خدمة العملاء في التطبيق سيئة جدا جدا بل في الحضيض. طلبت من التطبيق بتاريخ 15 مايو لاستلام الطلب من محل "hi" واخترت ايقونة الوصول ولم يحضر العامل لتسليم الطلب بعد الانتظار فترة طويلة؛ فاتصلت بالمحل على الجوال المسجل في موقع قوقل وطلبت التوصيل للسيارة لطلبي من خلال التطبيق ورفض العامل وطلب مني الحضور لباب المحل لاستلامه ورفضت طبعا لان هذا يخالف سياسة التطبيق وطال انتظاري من الطلب قرابة نصف ساعة وربما اكثر فتركت الموقع ورجعت للبيت ثم طالبتهم لاحقا بإعادة المبلغ وإلى الان بتاريخ 5 يونيو لم يحصل شيء مع ان المبلغ متواضع جدا لكن للاسف الخدمة سيئة للغاية ولا توجد معالجة سريعة للموقف
