A simple, smooth app that does exactly what it should do

To be frank, I’m not that kind of person who regularly writes reviews. Was recommended by a friend for the tea place a while ago and downloaded this app trying to take advantage of the promotion couple weeks ago. I felt it deserved a good review after using it a few times.
The app is very well designed and super easy to navigate through all options, way beyond my expectations. I have to say it is probably the smoothest app I have ever used. As a customer, I can care less about those fancy features. All I wanted is how I can easily order what I need. This app does exactly just that and provides great user experience with the simplicity, the speed/smoothness as well as the integration of Apple Pay option, etc.
My only ask, please provide a link for easy access to reviews in the app. When trying to write my review, I was not able to find it and had to go to App Store to search, a little hassle but not a big deal.

Well constructed app, easy ordering

The app was very well built with easy and convenient features to allow customers going through the ordering flow. I like the following features:
1. Account creation - integration with apple accounts with add-on mobile phone verification
2. Clean and easy menu selections- selecting drinks with clear navigation
3. Easy payment- integration with Apple Pay is nicely done
4. Promotions- first time 50% off, yummy
5. Smooth store selection and navigation - orders can be made with a scheduled time even when the store is closed. Choice of apple or google map adds one-click ease to start driving map.
The only suggestion I have is to provide some details on vast number of choices like what they are for and how they taste.

Order ready at 9:09pm they close at 9pm

Why is my order ready at 9:09pm when you close at 9:00pm?! I get turning the lights off but why lock the door if you know you have last minute orders. I couldn’t even contact the store. The number on their website just asked me if I’m hurt call 911.......so I can’t pick up my order and I couldn’t cancel my order and get a refund. After 5mins someone finally came to the door to see if I was picking up. I get off work around 8pm and try to get there before their closed but I think I’m just going to go to the place near my job. I don’t want to experience this again.

Easy and fun to use

The bubble tea is sweet; the app is even sweeter! Not only is it easy to use, it’s also convenient for bubble tea lover like me. This app helps me save both time and money. I also love the promotions and rewards this app gives. The Referral Bonus and bubbles gallery are nice as well! Super nice app overall.
