Fix movies failing to continue after mistakenly opening onother app while watching a movie

Am using the latest iOS 14 and when am watching a movie and try to open another app without pausing or mistakenly opens another app while watching a movie, the movie fails to continue when I come back even after watching an ad am still can’t continue. Have tried force closing the app, rebooting my phone but still the only solution that works is deleting the app and installing it again that means everything have downloaded is gone as well please fix this issue. I’ll change my review when you fix this
New Update: Movies/TV Issue

2 days ago I was watching movies and TV on this app no issues what so ever. Now I pull up a TV show, it shows an error that is preventing me to watch it. It says try again but can’t get past that pop up. The movies, I was in a middle of watching one before, I try that and it would load the screen but won’t play the movie... I just updated the app and this is the issues I be getting. Please go back to the last update or make a new one quick or I will have to uninstall the app, it was a cool app but it’s kinda unsatisfying and annoying. FIX IT

I can’t tell you how long I’ve been looking for an app that would let you download songs ON THE APP rather than having to download them from your own iCloud and waste your own storage. This literally lets me listen offline for free and it’s perfect. 100% WOULD RECOMMEND
I can’t watch tv shows

I don’t know why but I can’t watch tv shows that i want to watch. I pick a show and it says get tv info. Tv info failed. I don’t know what that means but i just want to watch my tv shows. If you can fix this then I’ll be the happiest person in the world because there is a large selection of stuff to watch. And i thank you for that but plz fix the mistake i want to watch shows too!!
