Download and install the ・ (Yidget) app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .
- Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using ・ (Yidget) on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "・ (Yidget)"
- The search will reveal the ・ (Yidget) app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once ・ (Yidget) is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including ・ (Yidget).
- Now enjoy ・ (Yidget) on PC.
- Using ・ (Yidget) on Mac OS:
Install ・ (Yidget) on your Mac using the same steps for Windows OS above.
How to download and use ・ (Yidget) App on Windows 11
To get ・ (Yidget) on Windows 11, check if there's a native ・ (Yidget) Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:
- Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)
- For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.
- Installing ・ (Yidget):
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.
- Search for "・ (Yidget)" » Click "Install" to install ・ (Yidget)
- ・ (Yidget) will now be available on your windows start-menu.

Works well with standard view

I loved this app until I switched to zoomed view through display settings. So I'm not talking about zoomed view when setting wallpaper... When in zoomed display mode it makes the widgets themselves slightly larger which in turn makes the widgets look ever so slightly misaligned and thus taking away from the "transparent" effect. I cannot tell you how many times I uninstalled and reinstalled and tried making the text bigger or smaller on the phone to see what was causing it. Then it came to me. I had my phone in zoomed mode under Display settings. Once I turned that off and tapped on the widget to open this app. I tapped the three dots on chosen thumb. Then tapped on update with screenshot and BAM! The widgets all sank into perfect alignment. So, this will be a 5 star when everyone can use this.(those using zoomed mode)

Amazing app !

For some reason I don’t have the issue with the app name showing below the widget as mentioned by other people. Now I’m worried that it will begin to show....
If you always remember to pinch the home screen image to ‘resize’ it in the app it will almost always line up perfectly and if not, tell the app to ‘update’ with a screen shot.
I too paid for the pro version just because I appreciate the work that goes into scripting an app like this. Thanks! 👍🏼☺️

Slick app, slicker homescreen app arrangement

This app fills in the gaps of iOS 14’s home screen customization for me. The support for shortcut icons let me arrange my apps in a pattern around my wallpaper, which I had never thought to try before. Highly recommended!
Just know that if you use shortcut icons, they don’t seem to update after you “update from screenshot.” You’ll have to create a new wallpaper with that screenshot instead.

Great app with a new bug

The app works great, it is simple to use and is a great way for me to make my phone screen look simple. However, each widget that I have on my Home Screen right now has a small line “——“ where the name of a widget should be, and in the past this was just nothing. Please fix this as it completely takes away from the minimalist look I am going for
