I sent a message about a refund because I the game declined by my friend. They got back to me in 6 minutes! Found out it was a free game and I didn’t put up any money playing my opponent. Explanation for no refund was very professional and polite.

Make a better version for iPads!!!

I just downloaded the app and upon opening it I already wasn’t impressed. Haven’t even started to use it and I’m ready to delete it for the simple fact that it’s not compatible with iPad. It’s the antiquated version where it has the 2x zoom on the bottom. Come on! for the amount of money you obviously make one would think you would delvelop a better quality app for iPad users! I have the blackout bingo app and it works great for iPad so I was excited to discover there is an app with all the games combined in one place. Brilliant idea until you discover that it’s a horrible version. I’m sure you can do better than this!!!!!

There is one really cool feature about this app: top replay (for some of their more popular apps). Other than that, it was mostly disappointing. There are low res images throughout the UI, so not enjoyable to look at. There is no where to go and get player generated match codes for games that don’t have a chat (which I only bring up because they have restricted the limited apps that do have the chat feature to only sharing match codes for their game alone). Also, they still don’t list all the this app. Their link to discover new games takes you out of the app to their website that only shows maybe 30% of the games available. So we can no longer mention in chat other games we’re playing, and then the app doesn’t even show all the games on their site. What’s even worse, their website still showcases games that are no longer available. 🤦🏼♀️ I expected so much more from this app.
