Install Photo Organizer and Manager app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

The search will reveal the Photo Organizer and Manager app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Photo Organizer and Manager is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Photo Organizer and Manager.
