1. Please note that this app does not cache offline map content from Google in order to comply with the terms of use of Google APIs.
2. This app uses Google Maps in order to allow you to place markers even without internet connection.
3. After that the map can work offline by using offline map files stored on your device.

5. At first launch the app needs internet to initialize.

Download and install the Map Marker: places organizer app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .
- Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using Map Marker on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Map Marker"
- The search will reveal the Map Marker: places organizer app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once Map Marker is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Map Marker.
- Now enjoy Map Marker on PC.
- Using Map Marker on Mac OS:
Install Map Marker: places organizer on your Mac using the same steps for Windows OS above.

- Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)
- For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.
- Installing Map Marker:
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.
- Search for "Map Marker" » Click "Install" to install Map Marker: places organizer

I am a relic and treasure hunter with a metal detector, I like to mark the spots where I find my stuff so I can latter import at my home station and look to see if I see any sort of pattern of the objects. Since I can not add markers on the Google Earth app, this is the next best thing. I and app a marker then later in the week I can export the KMZ file to Google Earth. It is also nice that I can export it to google maps just in case I want to see a the app with out the trees, or buildings etc. and the best part it is that it is FREE.
My only dislike is that I have yet to find out how to delete a file folder I have 6 folders and after thinking about everything and how I use it I only need one folder then I can export it and then move the items to where I want them in my other the app apps.

Great App

I am a Home Health Case Manager and I see patients all over three cities. This app helps me plan my trips easily but looking who is next closest. It saves time, gas and wear on my car. I only wish it transferred over my work phone to my ipad or personal phone. Regardless my caseload of 56 is easily managed with this app.

Great app, but this new update is bad.

I love this app. I mark everywhere I’ve been on here, just so I can reminisce on old memories. However, this new update makes searching difficult. It takes much longer to load, and results are not accurate to what I typed. It was perfect up until then. But besides that, everything works great.

Practical application

I have been relocated to a new city and, I was not familiar with the neighborhoods so I used this great app to mark best places of a city in order to buy a house! It helped me a lot because it has a feature to highlight the streets!
