The latest update is frustrating. First, I can no longer see my card number in the app - only the first 13 digits are displayed. When I take the surveys on the bottom of my receipts, it always asks for my card number at the end - I used to open the app and copy my card number into the survey, now I have to dig out my physical card (which means I’m back to having to CARRY the physical card). So annoying. Also, I can no longer find the map that used to show me where there are UDF locations near me - there’s a list, but I have to open Google maps and type in each address to see where it is, the list is not sorted so I can’t even tell which locations are closer / farther away, and there are duplicates in the list so I have to scroll up & down and compare addresses to see if I’ve already looked up the next location or not. All this makes the location feature worthless- it’s so much easier just to search locations in google maps.
Can’t access login screen.

Downloaded the new UDF app and attempted to log in. A screen appears with a big UDF logo on the top half and instructions on the bottom half to use your existing email address and password to log into the new app. You can just make out a sliver of the area where you’d enter your log in info but the screen won’t let you scroll down to the sign in area to enter your info. Would have thought that someone in the development team would have tested this before making it available to the public. I guess they decided to save a couple of bucks and let the users do the final testing of the app!
Annoying start but better afterwords

I had many of the similar issues other people had once it came to getting my account to work but once I got passed that, the app works great. I love that I can keep track of my U-drive rewards and see what I have earned.
It keeps locking out my account

I downloaded the new app and the app keeps locking my email. I got to change the password and I never gotten a email to reset my email for this account. I was trying for a week straight , so I just called customer care and they said they sent me an email check my account and everything and I still haven’t gotten the reset! It’s really frustrating because I really love going to UDF! PLEASE FIX ASAP!
