It won’t even let me make an account

I’m trying to create an account and when I get to the point where they show you the map with nearby dq’s they say there aren’t any when I know that isn’t true as I live close to one then I go back one by mistake and now it won’t let me “create an account” so I think oh it must have been made by now as I’ve seen similar things in other sites, so I go to the log in screen and I only get “request has timed out” then I try the Facebook login and once I give them the permission it says “dq could not acces Facebook” after just accessing facebook. I would give this a higher rating if this problem could be fixed but until then, not being able to properly use the app gives it 1 star
Nice looking App... but

I love to visit DQ. This app was downloaded to take advantage of deals and get rewards. I have yet to get any rewards and get a special deal. Before you can get any deal it says to go to the store to see if the deal is accepted. I have been to several locations in different states with none of them accepting the deals or with the ability to give you rewards points for your purchase. It appears you are enticing customers to go to DQ with the promise of a reward, only to find the location does not participate. The app should show which locations participate before you drive to the location. Call me a very disappointed customer who has wasted time downloading app and getting lured into going to DQ in hopes of getting rewarded.
App Won’t Let Me Login

I have tried to login to the app several times today with no success. When I try to login with my existing email and password it takes me to the page where you sign up for an account. Since I already have an account it says that my phone number is already in use and won’t let me do anything. I know my phone number is already in use and I am just trying to login to that account. In addition to not being able to login, it won’t let me leave the sign up page. I had to keep deleting the app to reattempt logging in because it wouldn’t let me exit the page. Please fix this so I can order a delicious blizzard.
Gift cards

I wish the app would allow me to place my gift card balances on it because I have so many cards to keep track of. Other restaurant apps allow me to transfer all of my balance onto their app. Just food for thought..
